my son John to be the Executors of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made, and ratifying and confirming this and no other. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of October 1835. his John X Garlough mark Signed, published and declared by John Garlough at and for his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request have signed our names as witnesses to the same and in presence of each other. Thos. Thompson Wm. Templeton Jno. Leatterday And it appearing to the Court that Margarett Garlough, one of the individuals names in said will as Executrix, has since the Execution of said will, departed this life; and the said John Garlough the other Executor named in said will having filed here in Court his written declination to serve as Executor, on motion the Court appoint Crawford Welsh Administrator with the will annexed on the Estate of the said John Garlough decd. And order that Letters with the will annexed to him, and that he give bond with security in the sum of four thousand dollars and Carl C. Carrole and Samuel Cannale being offered and accepted as such security. The Court appoint Samuel Cannale, Patrick Lockay and Abraham Workman appraised of the good and chattel of said deceased: whereupon said Executor executed and filed his bond as above required and took the oath proscribed by the Statute. Letter issued.
